Sundial announces appointment of Brian Harriman as Chief Operating Officer

Calgary, AB (February 22, 2019) – Sundial Growers Inc. (“Sundial”) is pleased to announce that Brian Harriman will be joining the company’s leadership team as Chief Operating Officer starting April 9. Harriman brings considerable leadership experience most recently from Alcool New Brunswick Liquor (“ANBL”) and CannabisNB (“CNB”), where he was President and CEO.

“As Sundial continues to experience rapid growth, Brian will fill a critical role ensuring that we continue to operate in the most efficient manner,” said Torsten Kuenzlen, Sundial’s CEO. “Brian’s extensive leadership skills and experience with world-leading brands like Diageo and most recently in the cannabis industry at ANBL will be instrumental in shaping and defining Sundial as a fast-moving consumer goods company. We are thrilled to have his talents at the leadership table.”

As Chief Operating Officer, Harriman will lead a number of shared functions related to all aspects of Sundial’s operational activities.
